As an industrial engineer with additional training in plant biotechnology, I love connecting theory and practice, from trial field to analysis. Curious, hands-on and always looking for ways to do things better. Outside work, I prefer to recharge in nature: running, cycling or working in the vegetable garden.

My interest in plants started in my parents' large vegetable garden. While others simply saw vegetables growing, I mostly wondered why one plant did better than another, a curiosity that still drives me. I'm someone who loves explaining things, and I combine that passion with my curiosity about plants. By translating data, technology and theory into practical solutions, I help growers gain more insight into their crop, preferably without unnecessary jargon.

As a hobby gardener and biologist, I really enjoy turning my interests into my profession. I love analysing data and supporting people with advice and action, and contact with customers gives me a boost. Besides gardening, I spend my free time cycling, cooking and being with my family.
